Structure
Development is in 3 phases, depending on the popularity of the sport in the area:
FUN: Basic, new, and introductory
INTERMEDIATE: With little experience or not coached properly
ADVANCED: Football is popular and the goal is to enhance the existing coaching system
Cycle
1. Coaching courses – Train the Trainers
TYFA conducts two days of classroom and field sessions for PE teachers. It is done in partnership with Local Government Units (LGUs) to make sure that the football program will be retained and sustained. To date, Train the Trainers program was held in Tarlac (c/o Governor Yap), Palawan (joint project of Gov. Mitra and Sen. Cayetano) and Taguig (c/o Mayor Cayetano).

2. School and Mall Tours
TYFA conducts field sessions in schools and malls to promote football. This program is for coaches and for people interested to learn the sport as well.

3. Club development
This program is a regular weekly training for the football club throughout the school year in private schools. It is currently held in Multiple Intelligence International School.

4. 2-year program
Advanced cities: Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod/San Carlos, Dumaguete
- Visit to football cities to enhance technical skills
- Train coaches
- Train players
TYFA at Bacolod
Beginner cities with interests and connections with TYFA: Tarlac, Batangas, Ilocos Norte, San Fernando (La Union), Clark (Pampanga), Manila, Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Laguna, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Leyte, Isabela.
